Clients can access our salesforce.com CRM system for issue tracking as well as sharing ideas and questions with Data Agent and other clients via our secure message board. We are developing WIKI Documentation that will be modified continuously by Data Agent and any client. Data Agent iiSuite provides continuous software updates for most of the application over the web. Automated updates for major enhancements are designed not to break any existing customization at client sites.
• Direct. We will endeavor to be as accurate as possible at all times, and provide clear answers to your questions from the sales process through ongoing client services communications.
